Dickinson High School educates an average of 860 students from grades nine through twelve each year, and employs 3 certified administrators, 59 certified teachers, 3 counselors, and 38 classified staff members.
The mission of the Dickinson Public Schools is to provide educational opportunities and experiences to empower all students to develop their academic, physical, social, personal, creative and career potential.
Early Childhood Center is home to Dickinson Public Preschool Special Services and Community Action Partnership Head Start programs. Preschool education services are provided for 152 enrolled children between the ages of three and five. Their families also receive support in meeting goals.
For a number of years, Hagen Junior High School has had a theme. This year we have chosen a theme that emphasizes working together taking on challenges and meeting the goals you set for yourself. Our theme is "We are all in this together."
Heart River Elementary educates 237 students from Kindergarten through the fifth grade. There are 28 certified teachers and 25 classified staff members.
Lincoln Elementary is a North Central Accredited Elementary school. The experienced staff of 24 certified teacher and 25 classified staff use a team approach to educate 270 kindergarten through fifth grade students.
Roosevelt Elementary School educates 274 students from Kindergarten through the fifth grade. We have 22 certified teachers and 18 classified staff members.
Roughrider Education Services Program is a collaborative project of nineteen school districts and four cooperating partners organized for the purpose of sharing educational resources and talents that will benefit students in southwestern North Dakota.
